When looking at the rear of the car, the right side exhaust end is more visible than the left. After looking at dozens of online photos and many cars on the road, all the right side exhaust ends are more visible than the left side. I wonder why it was manufactured this way.

Hangar and rubbers are in good shape. It’s in the design of the car.
I bet the hanger is just slightly bent. Both pipes should be the same.
You could give the hangar a little upward bend to level it off to match the other

I would suggest the condition was not the intended design. Rather the execution of said design.

QC is a whole different thing today versus the third gen platform and model that was initially designed in the 1990s.
Plus moving final assembly from Michigan to Ontario with the closing of the Wixom plant in 2007 did not help either.

I think you’re correct, not an intended design just an outcome. I looked at the photos of more than 50 Town Cars 2005 to 2011 on Bring a Trailer. Mileage ranging from 15,000 to 100,000. All showed the right exhaust was lower from the rear axle and back. Thank you for responding.
