Hi JDS. What are you referring to by “high profile tires”?
Are you asking about the factory wheels and tires that came installed on the vehicle?

Good luck.

Yes....
Thanks

Hi JDS. Okay, if asking about the factory wheels/tires, the correct “cold” tire pressure is listed on the Manufacturer placard, which is located on the driver side door sill.

If you have more questions about how to properly check and fill the tires to the correct pressures, feel free to ask and everyone will be happy to help.

Keep us updated and good luck.

We have those wheels on a Reserve and I believe the door sticker calls for 33 psi. I have driven it with anywhere from 31 to 36 psi displayed and there was not much difference in ride quality. The 36 psi was just slightly harsher but not sure most people would notice. I did drive a Reserve with the Jet package and 22" wheels, and it definitely had noisier and slightly stiffer ride, so we tried to buy one with the 21" tires, which were definitely quieter, but still not as quiet as we would like, unless the pavement is very smooth.

I run 1 psi over placard. The tire pressure when hot can get to 37 or 38 in summer. When I picked it up new, the tires were way over inflated but suspect factory likely does that on purpose.

I notice quicker steering more than ride with over inflated tires.

I have those wheels as well, but on a '24. The best place to look is on your door jamb, as all have said. But remember those are COLD tire readings. Not as in winter, but a normal day, out of the sun, and not having been driven for several hours.

Service Advisor here...so Ford/Lincoln ALWAYS overinflates new vehicle tires from the factory. This is for shipping reasons. When a vehicle is completely built, it is parked outside in a designated holding lot (organized by destination) until there are enough vehicles to load onto a train. Then the vehicles roll down the railways through many different regions and weather patterns that may effect pressure. But its also to combat against flat spots from sitting in the holding lot (sometimes for a month or two before being loaded onto a railcar) then it can ride a train for another week. Then when it finally gets to the destination railyard, it can sit there too, for a week until an 18 wheeler transport comes to get them. Then it finally hits the dealership and the technician is supposed to check (and correct!) the tire pressures during the PDI process. Some dealerships choose not to, to again prevent flat spots. Especially during this time of year when temperatures are a bit bipolar. Hope this helps.

Two of the last three loaners had under inflated tires.
