My Lincoln
2022 Lincoln Nautilus
My husband was outside. The car key was in his pocket. He started in when he noticed all four windows on the 2022 Lincoln Nautilus were down. We don't routinely even have one window down so this was odd. Earlier when he parked it the windows were all up and the car was locked. What would cause something like that to happen? It's not our first Lincoln. Thank-you.

Funny that you mention this.
As I had much the same happen when I had my 2021 Nautilus.
For me it was the front windows on both sides.
My dealer told me it was a random issue that occurred very seldom , and at the time Lincoln was aware of this issue. It did happen two or three times with my car.

There is a combination of keyfob presses that will command all four windows to roll down. If you click the [Unlock] twice and hold it on the second press, they will roll down. If your husband was squatting or bending over, this is possible.

Hi Mary Jane. The most likely scenario is what “swindler” stated above. It is the “Global Open/Close” feature.

Look up “Global Open/Close” in your Owners Manual Index.

If it does not have its own separate listing, check under “Windows”.

Keep us updated and good luck.
