Good Evening all, First time posting. I just bought a used 2019 Navigator. The driver seat has seen better days and wanted to replace it. I got what I thought was thew correct part but turns out it's the passenger side. The only driver side seat part I can find is just the cushion cover. JL7Z-7862901-GC this is the part number for the cover and this is the part number I ordered which was the whole bottom seat JL7Z-78632A22-CG.

Hi Jericho107 and welcome to the Lincoln Forums.

What exactly is “…seen better days”?
- Is it simply that the leather is worn/cracked etc.? You can order the OEM replacement seat covers and have them installed by an automotive upholstery shop. Or have the shop make and install seat covers that match (probably less expensive). Or purchase the OEM upholstery and install it yourself.
- Are the cushions /padding collapsed and/or need replacement? If yes, an automotive upholstery shop can fix that, or you can attempt to do it yourself.
- Something more or something else?

If doing it yourself, I would go to the Parts Department of your local Lincoln or Ford Dealership, explain what you need, and let them provide you the correct part number and their pricing. They will cross reference your VIN for the correct parts matching your vehicle. Once you have that information, you can negotiate price with them, and/or shop online for better pricing.

I’m sure others will also jump in to help, so let us know how you make out and good luck.

Leather isnt worn or cracked. Its the cushion or padding that is non existent. Problem I’m having is the only one that’s available for the driver side is I think just the top leather cover and it’s not the whole unit will call it.

An automotive upholstery shop can redo the foam if the seat skin is still good, probably better than new.
