Cold air intake

I got a 2005 Lincoln aviator with a 4.6L could I use the cold air intake from a 05 mustang GT that has a 4.6L
 
Why? Its not going to improve anything. Engine is computer controlled and just like many tuners found out, remapping an ECU only leads to disappointment.
That's not true by changing air fuel mix and spark timing you can squeeze at least 40more hp out of any engine stock maps are for fuel economy you can remap for power and watch milage drop but point being what you say is not true and a real cold air intake alone does help with engine performance just in small amounts
