Smoke upon starting 23 Aviator 45k miles

Your text omits any discussion of a remedy or action the dealership took other than an oil consumption test (which does nothing regarding repair). Did they replace any parts or just say now that it magically stopped?
??? They told me it was the driver side turbo. Thought it was pretty clear that they will be replacing it and that I hoped it would take care of it….

Seems like I recall seeing smoke from both tailpipes in original post . Wouldn't it only be on driver's side if that turbo is the issue?

I honestly don't know. But the research I did (mostly on the Ford forums) seem to point to only the driver side turbo. I assume the tailpipes merge at some point further up, so that's why you see the smoke from both.
The parts for mine should be in on Wed this week so hope they can turn it around within another week and get it back to us.

My understanding is that the exhausts remain separate even though the rear muffler handles both pipes. Good luck, I sincerely hope that is the fix for you.

Thanks - what you say here was not communicated in the post anywhere that I can see - hence my confusion.
