2025 Navigator

The adjustments for headrest etc are in the steering wheel controls menu that show on the screen when you touch them.

Thank you. I am looking for how to access the Passive Key Backup Position which is in the center console armrest according to the user manual, but it is not there.

I called my salesperson and he told me the master code. He also showed me on Facetime how to manual move the headrest forward and backwards--only 2 positions. He also with adjusting the seat cushions which is not as the manual explains it.
Ok, sorry bout that. my bad

For the Reserve, I discovered it is a manual shift of the headrest.

For those of you who have received your 2025 Navigators I'm pleased to hear everyone is really enjoying them. I see them all day long here at work so it's nice when they're actually in the hands of customers and getting positive feedback.

I've absolutely been enjoying my navigator. Just over 48 hours with it now. I have 3 kids and traded in a mini van. The kids have so much more room now. And this is such a an up grade for me and makes all the back and forth driving I need to do so much better. I'm still learning a lot.

I too have to figure out the headrest with the reserve. I know some mentiones it's manual, but I haven't figured it out yet. I'm a little confused and think I figured out the center light bar and Lincoln symbol doesn't stay lit with the headlamps at night like it shows in advertising, might be something only the black label does? Unless I haven't figured out how to turn that on. It's been fairly easy though, in my opinion, figuring most of the stuff out. I've goty driver profile set up and got my husband's set up. And otherwise, it's just getting used to driving this beast coming from a minivan.

Absolutely nothing negative about it so far!!

Hi Daysie. If the manual headrests are similar to other contemporary Lincolns:

Pull the top of the headrest all the way forward then release it. It will spring fully rearward.
Then slowly pull the top forward to adjust it to the point you would like. It will click/ratchet forward through a series of stops.
If you go too far, simply repeat the above steps.

Hopefully that procedure is still applicable for the manually adjustable headrests.

If not, the correct procedure is listed in the Owners Manual.

Keep us updated and good luck.

Did you get a bench or captain’s chairs in the second row? Mom of 3 here too!

We have a dog as well, so we went with the captains chairs. No center console, It makes it easier for people to get to the third row and gives more room for the dog as well! I really wanted the second row center console, but the reality was, it would get destroyed by the dog and I'm sure the kids would beat it up. All 3 of mine are still in elementary school!

I have the same situation… was hoping the Navi would copy the Escalade in the 2nd row, where the captain chairs pivot forward and rest up behind the 1st row seats. It gives them a ton more room and they are always out of the way.
Ford should maybe look at “borrowing” that in the future… for people with dogs or anyone needing to load stuff into the back, it’s way better than what Ford is doing now. 🤔😢

Does the seat not wobble and move while it's tumbled? The seat wasnt made to stay tumbled long term, as far as i know especially for the newer trucks. I would be nervous the seat would fall on my dog if i ran into an emergency situation. I can't imagine keeping the seat tumbled is good for the struts that keep the seat that way.

On the Caddy, they push up and lock into the "tucked up" position.
Note: this is a "stock image" and not from my car.. but this is what it does/looks like:

For those who have one and was able to drive the escalade as well, do yall agree with there sentiment.

Wow. I still the think the Escalade rear end is horrible. Grill is not much better.

I noticed he said both vehicles self park. Salesman at the Lincoln dealer when I was there said Lincoln had deleted that. I haven't downloaded the Order Guide yet to know who is correct.

Picked it up Saturday, absolutely love everything about it. If anyone has any questions on anything, let me know. Still getting used to the infotainment / settings.

Looks good! Jet Appearance by chance? I ordered mine the same way!
Question when it comes to the 2nd row chairs .. I watched the video 3 posts above about the 2nd row and that those chairs may not fold flat. Did you go with the Captain Chairs with the pass thru, or did you go with the bench seating? And, are you able to fold the 2nd row flat?

Thank you!

I posted this very early in the thread and do not think I ever received an answer regarding this issue and am unsure if anyone else has brought it up so I will repost:

"Have you (or anyone else with a '25) noticed and loud relay clicking sounds coming from under the hood drivers side anytime anyone is walking around it while it's turned off? That's one thing i can't stand about my '23 that my '19 never did. It's frankly embarrassing whenever I'm walking around mine while it's parked in the driveway and it starts randomly clicking away."

I did order a '25 and am praying this has been resolved because I love all the changes that have been made to the new ones vs. my '23.

I got the pass thru with the non-electric rear seats. they do fold flat, whereas i've seen videos of the electronic seats only shifting forward electronically so they rest up against the front seats. i wanted to opt for more storage room, so went with the manual rear seats. I unfortunately have child seats in there right now so I can't check whether or not the manual seats can be pushed up further after they're folded, like the escalade pic, but I'll attempt next time I have the child seats out.
