2025 Navigator

OK... So both of you originally had a Build date of 3/3. Both moved up a couple of days to "In Production" 2/26 and 2/27. Now today (3/13) you get a delayed notice! Why even send you the "In Production" notice early if delayed.
Is it possible that it was built and being delayed only while it waits on QC in the lot? From what i see on this forum it only takes a few days to build. This new "Delay "notice comes 14 days after your Production notice? It just seems odd!
I haven’t been through this process before, but it seems pretty normal based on what I’ve been reading on other posts/forums. They build a number of vehicles and hold them for awhile in case anything arises in QC, they then go and fix those prior vehicles before they ship out. The emails are likely automated and it was just triggered for us because it was > 2 weeks since the production start date (which was a couple days early)

Mine has been showing in “production” since 1/30. Clearly it’s been built for over a month. I was the first order at my dealer on 10/25.

Uh-oh, I checked my order status just now and the system says the order number and VIN do not match with a vehicle number. I triple checked the VIN (copied and pasted from the email) and its entered correctly. I was in a Grand Wagoneer forum when the car first rolled out and one of the posters said they issued him a new VIN and assumed it failed inspection.

I have been checking the system daily and for the past three weeks it shows in production, and now this. I'm nervous now.

@Rinsky any word on the street as to what parts are causing the delays? More out of curiosity than anything.

I'm going to assume the Navigator was just waiting on approval from the government.
The 2025 Navigators have now been cleared for shipping and are being loaded on car carriers daily.
Just seen one full of Navigators leaving the plant on my way in this morning.
However It's always possible the dealerships might hold them for an extended period of time until Lincoln gives them the green light to sell. I don't know if this is the case but I'm just throwing it out there.

That is great news!!!! Thank you for getting that out to us.

@Rinsky is it possible that transport truck that you saw was taking the navigators to the offsite holding lot?

I mean anything is possible but they would have to be held in a holding lot far far away. Because normally they just drive them to the holding lots all around Louisville Kentucky or to the Kentucky Speedway NASCAR Track.
The increased amount of Navigators being loaded on carriers just started this week. Up until then they were all Expeditions being loaded.

What...my wife and I love the copper wheels
The wheels definitely look much better in person than in the photo.
However those wheels would not be my first choice personally because I like the one's on the white Navigator in the photos.

Yea though we like em, I probably still wouldn't get them myself due to the size. Without an air suspension, I just don't see them rolling without banging into a pot hole or speed bump. And they look to easy to scratch. I really love the jet pkg as a whole, I just need a red option.

I've really been suprised with the ride quality of my 2024 Nautilus riding on 22" wheels. You can definitely tell you're riding on wheels of that size but it's not a rough ride at all.
I think what little trade off is associated with having wheels of that size is well worth it because they make the Nautilus look so good.

I'm super excited to hear that. Can you keep us posted on the progress. It's a good timeline for the rest of us. I really hope you get you Navigator soon. Good luck my friend.

Got that same email. Mine states 4/13-4/19 delivery 😕

Here’s what I see on the progress page. I can now also see the vehicle on the Lincoln Way app.
