New to the forum, trying to fix a problem with cabin moisture on my daughter's MKX. Have found no leaks from windshield, windows, doors, back hatch or sunroof. Sunroof drains and AC condensation drains were cleaned. Cabin filter has been replaced.
I've seen some videos for some cars that show how water can get into the cabin when the windshield drains are clogged, due to the cowl cover filling with water and then water flowing over the edge. For other types of cars, they say it's not possible.
Does anyone know about the specific design of the 2017 MKX cowl cover and whether it's possible for water to get into the cabin when the drains are clogged?
Thanks!
