My Lincoln
2023 Nautilus
The air blows cold when nothing is set to make it happen. Temperature is set to 74 ac button isn’t pushed in auto is not on and ice cold air comes from vents whenever it feels like it. Now adopt the stereo only the front speaker works. Should have never traded my 2017 Continental for this pile of junk.

Hi Winter 78596 Texan and welcome to the Lincoln Forums.

Did you purchase your 2023 Nautilus new or used? When did you purchase? And when did the issues begin?

Assuming your 2023 Nautilus is still within the 4 year/50,000 mile New Vehicle Warranty: You don’t mention whether you have had it in to the Service Department of your Lincoln Dealership, in order to have the issues properly diagnosed and corrected?

If you have had it in for service, what were you told and what was done? It may be necessary to schedule another visit.
If not, then schedule a service appointment and let us know how you make out.

Keep us updated and good luck. 🍻

Purchased new in March 2024. It started once in awhile almost immediately but I thought it might have something to do when it was humid but not overly hot, now it is happening more often. Lincoln told me there is no such thing. Sames Lincoln In McAllen was contacted but will not provide a loaner that has always been provided as part of the Lincoln experience that is supposed to include pickup, loaner, and delivery that EVERY other dealer has done with previous Lincolns. This is my only car and I am alone, now only the front speaker works, auto stop and start doesn’t work anymore. Car has under 9,000 miles, what next. I tried going to Payne Ford in Weslaco Tx, they won’t do anything either.

test your battery. Low voltage can cause some really strange behavior that makes no sense.

Hi Winter. Contact Lincoln Concierge concerning the entire situation, including the “…they will not provide a loaner…” situation.

Your previous post seems to lead one to believe you have not had it in for service for these problems yet?
If not, getting it in for service is necessary. So get help from Lincoln Concierge.

Keep us updated and good luck.

I did contact Lincoln, Essence extension 77-217 case # cxh03107458, she was supposed to call back have never heard back been almost 2weeks.

Hi Winter. Have brought your vehicle into the dealership for a scheduled service appointment for these issues? Or have you only spoke to someone on the phone?

I understand you need a complementary loaner.
However, in a case like this, nothing can be done to properly diagnose and repair your vehicle until they can put their hands on it. You need to schedule a service appointment.

You stated they won’t give you a loaner. Was that just for a relatively immediate service appointment, or did they tell you absolutely no loaners, even if you schedule several weeks or more along on the calendar?

Lincoln Concierge is able to help with a loaner or even rental compensation, but they can not fix the vehicle.

Providing as much information as possible helps us offer more accurate advice.

Keep us updated and good luck.

Spoke with both dealers service on the phone. Sames acted like they didn’t provide any loaners no matter what. I made an appointment with Payne for 3 days later when loaner would be available? Even with appointment car was going to sit for 2-3 days no matter when appointment was for before they would look at it. What is the sense of having an appointment?

Hi Winter. So you were offered a loaner by one Dealership?
And did you specifically ask the other Dealership if you can make an appointment and have a loaner and they told you they do not offer loaners? Or are you assuming they don’t because you feel they “acted” like they don’t?

I understand that leaving our vehicle for service is inconvenient and stressful. However, nothing will be accomplished until the Service Department has the vehicle in their possession.
Therefore, all I can advise is to make the appointment and accept the loaner vehicle if offered.

Also keep in mind that while Lincoln Dealerships are required to offer loaner vehicles for vehicles still under warranty (there are stipulations), Ford Dealers are not.

If you are told by a Lincoln Dealership that they never offer loaners, contact and notify Lincoln Concierge again. And don’t wait two weeks for callbacks.

Keep us updated and good luck.

The dealer network will be key to Lincoln success.

I know this has been awhile for my reply but I thought it was under control. Sames called and we agreed to wait until after the holidays. They told me they would pickup my car on January 6, that was then changed to January 9 nothing happened. I called this morning told me they would look into it?, waiting for callback

I have had loaners on the last two visits. On the last visit, they asked if I wanted one when I made the appointment a couple of weeks out. I like my dealer. With all the buy backs, one would think they could use these as loaners.

You’re very lucky to not have to deal with Sames Lincoln of McAllen Texas.
