I just picked up a 2025 Aviator Reserve. I cannot find the setting which unlocks and lights up the vehicle when you approach it. (My 2020 model had it). I spoke with their help line and they say it's called Embrace and it is standard on this model. They have no idea how to activate it and said try the dealer (20 miles away). Anyone familiar with this issue?

Thanks for your response. I did find the setting shown above and it is turned on but it is not working. I will probably need to bring it back to the dealership. This is my second Aviator and from my experience Lincoln/Ford IT engineering is subpar and glitchy compared to my GMCs.

So the lincoln dealership advised it was a software issue? If so I am not going to keep bothering my dealer or trying to fix it. Lincoln way agent advised me it could be an issue with phone as a key. Has anyone else heard that?

My wife does not have phone as a key set up and it almost never works for her. But she said on rare occasions it does work for her. I have my phone set up and it has never worked for me. For what that's worth.

I'm expecting to pick up my 2025 Reserve in a day or 2 so I'll post about whether or not the Embrace feature works or not.

I picked up my 2025 Reserve with the Dynamic Handling Package on Friday (11/08/24) and the Lincoln Embrace isn't working nor is the lowering feature via the Dynamic Handling Package. The lights do their thing and it does lower ONLY if the unlock button is pushed but it does not function like my 2020 (which was a nightmare). I took the vehicle back to my dealer within 20 hours of having it for a run in the paint and the headliner falling down on the front passenger side into the windshield pillar (as well as the Lincoln Embrace / air suspension issue). I was told to "live with it" regarding the paint run and told that a software update would fix the other issue. The headliner will be covered under warranty. I'm still in shock that what is supposed to be a happy experience picking up an $80k vehicle, has now turned into a major headache.
I hope that others have better luck than I have had!

Picked up my 2025 Aviator today and like the others here, the Approach (Embrace) Lighting is not working. I do have PAAK setup but I tried the Approach
Lighting before that was set up so I don't think the issue has anything to do with that feature.
I called Lincoln Canada and they have no record of any software issues or proposed software updates. The rep called the dealership and asked that they perform a diagnostic test on it to see if a code came up.
Will update when I have further news.

Pristine White with Hot Chocolate interior. The 2020 was Ceramic Pearl with Roast interior and the 2023 was Silver Radiance with the light interior.

Hi Peter. Not sure by your post (sorry if I missed something).
It may be a new vehicle glitch you are experiencing, but have you checked to be sure that the Lincoln Embrace lighting is enabled in the vehicle settings?
If it is, and the Lincoln Embrace lighting is still not working, with the key fob at least, then a Service Department visit will be necessary (unfortunately). In this way, they will be aware of the issue, fix it if possible, and/or have Lincoln/Ford get moving on a fix.
