Need help with SYNC system on a 2009 MKS

Hello,
I’m having an issue with my SYNC system (the non-touchscreen version). I’m not sure what the issue could be but whenever I use the media button, it only scrolls through FM2 and SAT1-3. Normally, I would see AM1-2, FM1-2, SAT1-3, and SYNC.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you able to manually tune in those channels? Do they sound OK or static? If static, could be something in your antenna or WIFI circuit has an issue. If channels sound OK, then try a soft reset, then have battery and connections checked, then run OBD2 for any codes. Regards,
