2024 Hybrid Nautilus (Engine Problems)

Is this confirmation that Lincoln has communicated the replacement and parts to dealers? Or are you just self-diagnosing the fuel injector parts?
 
From what I read here, they have the fix identified but my guess they likely do not have sufficient spare parts to satisfy the CSP demand so not opening the order system. They may be trying to fix what has failed first with parts they have. (my theory)

I contacted the Concierge yesterday about status given it is "mid-May"and said they would send an update to me via email. Nothing yet, The person I talked to put me on hold a couple times but likely could not contact someone. Has anyone else tried contacting them? I am not sure my dealer is always on top of the situation.

I contacted Lincoln directly and the confirmed my vehicle build date is not part of the CSP. I checked with my dealer and the injectors installed on my hybrid were the C suffix part #.

@Linc 24 Sorry for the confusion but if your vehicle was built on May 6th , How can the dealer see your injectors? Your vehicle would still be in China or just loaded on a boat.
 
That is correct still in China awaiting shipment. Dealer can look up Vin and check HVBOM historic vehicle build of material. A listing of every part and number the vehicle was constructed with.
 
I have been following this thread in hopes of seeing one of you informed/knowledgeable posters would, very soon, indicate you have seen the directive from Ford on how and when they will roll out the fix for the injectors... My new 24 Nautilus was delivered to dealer but they were not allowed to deliver to me due to the recall. Any ideas on why the directive is taking so long? Or is getting the parts the issue? Thank you!
 
I took possession of my hybrid one week ago today. They told me that they "checked", and are confident mine is not impacted, although I honestly don't have much confidence that they are certain about that. Each discussion I had with my salesman, the sales manager, and even the service advisor felt a bit patronizing and salesman-y. 400 miles and still a bit nervous every time I drive it.

And when the new injectors are available, I don't know if they will reach out to me if they are claiming mine isn't at risk.

You can plug your VIN into this Lincoln website to see any Customer Satisfaction Programs or Recalls on your vehicle. This should tell you if your vehicle is involved in any recall over the injector issue as Lincoln knows all the VINs involved.

What is your Build Date . Look on VIN decal on door jamb (drivers door). top corner month year.
 
Here I just took my 2020 Aviator in for an oil change and sat in the nautilus and was impressed with it so I came right to this forum and I see this. Ok reinforced my gut of not ever buying a Lincoln/American vehicle again (one and done). Out of curiosity what plant is this vehicle built in, any chance Chicago? Lincoln wants to be luxury but damn a problem like this after the shi$ show of the Aviator roll out. Quality control is just not there.
