2024 Lincoln Navigator has the old Blue Cruise 1.0 on it.

I just got Priority Update 23-PUO415-BKM-VIS yesterday. I found it on the phone app. I hope this helps.

What does it say in the description about that update?

" We fine tuned your Phone As A Key software to help improve reliability and reduce potential Bluetooth disconnection when unlocking and starting your vehicle."

You can always check your account on owner.lincoln.com and see if your software is up to date. Mine shows that it is.
I checked that prior to the OTA getting installed, but apparently it is only tracking the SYNC version and not the OTAs that don't change the SYNC version.

I'll be curious as to when I get the steering wheel update that some people received recently as it seems my vehicle is a little behind.

Yes, I show that same version there. I'm sure you will get the steering update soon. I do know they are staggered as to how they are pushed out.

There was a general update and one regarding the battery today.

A new "Software Updates" thread has been created that focuses on that specific topic since this thread is supposed to be related to BlueCruise. I'll be posting OTA related items there going forward unless it has to do with BlueCruise.

Software Updates

Good news! the 2025 Navigator finally has something besides BlueCruise 1.0. I don't know which version, but it has lane-changing assistance and In-Lane Repositioning so it is at least 1.2.

Gives me hope that "maybe" older models may get an upgrade as well someday. Not holding my breath though.

Some folks in the 2022/23/24 FB Navigator page have said that as well about the "older" new Navs.

https://fordauthority.com/2024/09/f...ributed to select vehicle lines in the future.

Ford BlueCruise 1.4 will be available on select 2025 model year vehicles with hands-free driving capabilities, including the 2025 Ford F-150 and 2025 Lincoln Navigator. More vehicles will follow, and a software update will be distributed to select vehicle lines in the future.

If you call Lincoln Way to inquire, and they search your VIN, they cannot give an answer on whether a 2022-2024 will even go from 1.0 to 1.1, much less anything sniffing 1.3 or 1.4.

I just bought a 2024 Reserve. It does not have lane change assist. I didn't understand that when I bought it. I just assumed their top of the line vehicle would have the latest and greatest tech. The window sticker doesn't give any indication which version it is.

I have a 2020 Reserve with the "touchless" lift gate and most of the time I look like I'm clogging swinging my leg back and forth to get it to open, then I use the button. Not a huge loss IMHO, but sad to see de-contenting on a luxury brand...
SAME! It is sad that they deleted it but it's very frustrating! Same system must be used on our BMW X5 because it's equally frustrating, haha! Maybe I need to search YouTube for the proper choreography!

The deletion of that feature at least during COVID was due to a shortage of microchips. It wasn't desired, however it was reality.

Action

Anyone receiving 1.2 or newer? I am waiting for it on my navigator. I saw that there is a way to use forescan or FDRS to manually update on your own anyone know anything about it?

There is a Ford tech who is very helpful on the F150 boards. He said the Navigator and Expeditions cannot be side loaded like the trucks can be.
