My Lincoln
2024 Nautilus
Does anyone know how to get the seat to move into position after you get in the 24 Nautilus. My 2 pervious Lincolns seemed to let me get in before it moved in position. The 24 moves as soon as I touch the door handle. This makes it harder to get in and I can see a wear becoming an issue .
Thanks

Hi randallr and welcome to the Lincoln Forums. You are not the only one having this issue. It seems to be a programming glitch which will need to be addressed with an update by Lincoln.

Let us know how you make out and good luck.

It’s a bug related to linking a key or a phone to a driver profile. Until we get a software fix, you can resolve the problem by unliking your key and/or phone.

And welcome to our little corner of Lincoln owners.

Like hinckley said, you can unlink the key in "Settings > Profile > Unlink Key" to keep the seat from moving forward too soon. At least until they fix that bug.

I'm the only driver of my Nautilus, so nothing else changed for me by unlinking the key, but I believe that if you have more than one driver then you would need to press the memory button on the door to tell the car who is driving since it won't recognize the different keyfobs after unlinking.

Question. How do I unlink memory button #1 from the admin profile. I don’t think I want to delete this profile. What I want is 3 profiles, Admin (no memory button assigned), Me, button #3 and wife button #1.

I can’t seem to find a way to remove the memory button assignment from the Admin profile.

Thank you
