Went to start my Town Car up the other night and noticed I had no interior lights and none of the windows would go down. Once outside of the car I saw I had no headlights, tailights nor would the turn signals work.

The light issue seems to most likely be a bad LCM, but that doesn't explain the power window issue as everything stopped working at the same time. Does anyone know if the power windows and lights are on the same electrical circuit and if not, what could cause everything to stop working at once. Thanks

Headlights will be on their own circuit.
Seems you may have more than one issue. Unless there is a poor ground.= that multiple circuits share.
All of that is speculation until someone starts testing circuits/connectors for power.

Action

Start with the simple things first. Go through ALL fuses and inspect for any rodent damage, worn wire insulation, broken/disconnected wire.

Thanks..I figured they weren't on the same circuit. Just found it odd that the power windows stopped working at the same time.

Thanks..I've checked the fuses for the lights and all is good. I'll test the power window main switch as well and go from there.
