No climate control in MKZ (grayed out)

Hello all! I own a 2013 Lincoln MKZ. Have been having issues with the climate control not working as well as the blind spot and collision warnings are out. In addition I can’t roll down the passenger side window and heated seats are also out. I’ve been trying to troubleshoot this issue for over a year! I was told to try replacing the Gateway Control Module to see if I have any success. I’ve replaced that to no avail. In addition, I have replaced the FCIM twice but still no climate control. Winters are brutal in an Ohio and if I can’t get this issue fixed, I’ll have myself a vehicular paperweight! ANY help would be appreciated. I’ve seen this is on this forum multiple times but nobody has found a solution.
