I would call back again. That information is available to them. Maybe a nubie.
Dealer has that information too. Guess you need to talk to someone that cares.

I've been waiting on a Ford Maverick. Every time I have used the chat function the representative was able to tell me my priority code.

I trust you have your sales code and order code when talking.

Thanks again for your valuble insight but called again yesterday and got even less information. They wouldn't even acknowledge there was such a thing as priority codes. My order is just a humble Standard Corsair so maybe 41,000 is not enough to get their attention . I just hope somebody gets their's soon just to give everyone some hope.

Wow, I called day before representative had all my info, Did your dealer give your a DORA? On that there is a spot indicatuing priority code. You should be able to walk up to who ever is at a computer terminal think internet sales. Give them your full name and and they should print you out a DORA. Have type of vehicle and all the options msrp pricing.
When I ordered my vehicle I walked out with a DORA in my hand.
Where is your salesman on all this??

Forgot to ask. Do you have your order code and sales code? Really no one at the 800 number can help much without those.

We finally gave up waiting for our 2023 Corsair GT that we ordered 6 months ago and picked up a 2022 GT that my dealer had on his lot. We are sacrificing the 2023 model year improvements, but for $4,000 off of MSRP, we are absolutely thrilled with this vehicle.

Thanks, it is beyond our expectations. It is bsolutely the best car ever. I was waiting for the 2023 to get the Activeglide, but now my wife says that she wouldn't have ridden with me if I had tried using it. She just doesn't trust a computer driving a car. Well, that saved me a bundle. I also thought that I wanted the bigger info screen with Sync 4, but Sync 3 works just fine and the screen is bright, clear and bigger than the info screen in our Mercedes. When the Mercedes lease is up I would buy another Corsair GT. (1 week and all smiles)
