Auto folding mirrors

Do the mirrors only auto fold when the vehicle is locked? I cant seem to get them to fold in while my vehicle is unlocked in my garage. Trying to avoid having to push the button on the door everytime I park it

Its when the vehicle is locked as far as I am aware. I personally manually fold them with the button when I pull into my garage so I don't hit them.

This is how my Nautilus works. If you have the settings right, the mirrors will fold when the vehicle is locked and parked.

Hi danman. They mirrors auto-fold when you park, close the doors and lock them/or lock and then close the doors, as others have mentioned above. If you leave the vehicle unlocked, they will not auto-fold.

If you want to fold them before entering a garage etc., you need to press the fold button beforehand. And then press the unfold button afterwards.
