MY2023 Aviator Order Timeline Tracking thread

Mine has been built since 7/28 totally finished. Lincoln Concierge said they are waiting for a shipping date. Said they are having a hard time finding truckers.
Our BL Aviator was built 8/1. Per email from Lincoln, it Was shipped on 8/16 and expected to arrive at dealer week of 9/11-9/17

Has any one notice this on the tracker. It says new vehicle guide. I swear it wasn’t on there 30 mins ago.

I see it on my tracker, but could not swear it hasn't always been there.

It's alive! Modules have been populated yesterday (blend day). ETA to dealer is WK of Sep 5. Lets see how that works out. Think i'll swing by the dealer today and pick up another Vehicle visibility printout for my own records.

Mine has been live since 7/28. Still no ETA. Congrats to you!

My ETA per Lincoln email was mid August after an 8/1 build date was confirmed. We got email on 8/16 that it had finally shipped, BUT won't deliver until 9/11-9/18 Once built on 8/1 (blend date was 7/23) , it took until 8/16 to actually ship. It looks like shipping takes another 3-4 weeks to arrive to dealer according to the email we received. So, I would not get too attached to that 9/5 delivery date. LOL

Just got an update on estimated production:

Ordered July 30 (Reserve with everything, X Plan, Chicago burbs)
Confirmed order email: July 30
Estimated Production email: 8/18 showing production is scheduled the week of 10/10/22.

Later than I was hoping, but from this forum I've seen many of you get earlier productions than initially told, so fingers still crossed.

Wow, congratulations!!! Hopefully my production date will come soon...

Hard to tell why it's not shipped yet. If it's a chip hold, it shows up in vehicle visibility and your dealer would see it, if he cared to take a look, or it could be simply waiting for a ride to your dealer, which sometimes takes a bit depending on where you're at and when they have enough to ship your way. Wont be long!

UPDATE: Dynamic handling package is installed. I know this because it's on the factory invoice, which i got a copy of today as well as the Vehicle visibility printout, which shows "produced" and NOT build, as shown in the picture. Now waiting for the "released" status and waiting to be shipped. I think it's all by convoy from Chicago to Cassens Transport yard in Detroit or Windsor, ON, and then a canadian driver hooks on to it and makes the drops in Ontario

Great news. Still bummed ours did not get dynamic handling. Looks like we are the only one that did not get, so dealer needs to fess up to their mistake.

That's interesting! My Dealer and Lincoln Concierge are both sticking to the 8 to 12 week leadtime estimate.
We ordered BL GT on June 3. Received our Production date today (75 day later) scheduled for week of 10/17

Wow! Well I'm happy you've received an update. Hopefully your timeline will be moved up as so many others have. In the meantime, i am still patiently waiting...

You know that for sure? How? If your dealer goofed, you can have him reorder it. I personally wouldn't have been all that disappointed if it was deleted or not ordered. There are reports of it not being as nice as expected and that the regular suspension rides better. I'm sure it's a nice ride anyways and rides better than it's cousin, the explorer. Wifes 2017 explorer we're trading in, rides very nice, so i'd venture to bet the Aviator rides better yet even without the DHP. Give it a try and be impressed!

Got it. And a reson for not getting a ship date could be that it's waiting for a chip. Best way to find out for sure is the get a vehicle visibility printout from you dealer. If it has a "released" status, the vehicle is completed and is in fact waiting for the shipper, but if it still shows "in production", it's waiting on something, likely a chip/module.

It is live on the Lincoln app. I have spoke with the dealer and the concierge. Both has said it is totally produce. Just waiting on shipment due to lack of truck drivers.
