MY2023 Aviator Order Timeline Tracking thread

I seen this done for the 22 Navigator and thought I would do the same for the MY23 Aviator. (Sorry if this has been done already and I missed it, if that's the case, point me in that direction!)

I will update the thread for each major milestone (VIN # available, scheduled for production, window sticker available, vehicle control options visible in Lincoln App, build completed, vehicle shipped, delivered, and picked up)

If you anyone has any MY23 Aviator's on order, post your timelines below so we can help each other out and gauge the progress of these vehicles. Current Job 1 production is set for 6/27 per most recent Fleet Bulletin.

Received my email from Lincoln today scheduling my build date. Currently booked for the week of 8/29. Was hoping for sooner but glad it wasn't longer. The wait begins!

I ordered on April 23rd and it has not been scheduled for production yet.
It would be nice to at least have a date.
I ordered a Grand Touring, and I'm wondering if that is the reason for the difference. I'll keep you updated on here.

That may well be the reason. It seems the more involved a vehicle is, the longer it seems to take.

Yea I've noticed the GTs seem to take longer to schedule and have longer build dates. I believe Peter is right, I think due to either the demand or the complexity of that model they take longer. I just ordered a reserved with a bunch of options so mines pretty run of the mill.

Just got an email today from Lincoln advising my production date has been pushed up from 8/29 to 7/18. \o/

I'm probably going to end up ordering a GT and a dealer today told me they won't even beging processing them until Oct/Nov. What does processing mean in this context?

I'm assuming by "processing" your dealer means producing. I've seen from other members who've ordered the GT they seem to be about 4 months out. 22's end production on 6/27 and they start producing 23's so in theory all 22's should be delivered or at least produced by the end of this month.

It could also mean that they won't start the order processing until then. As for fulfilling 2022 GT orders, I would guess that as long as they are currently in the system then Yes. As far as ordering a 2022 now, that isn't possible any longer. A clearer interpretation of "processing" would help.

Hi Novakane. Are you referring to the 2022 Aviator? If yes, the last day of 2022 Aviator production is currently scheduled for 6/30/22. You can no longer order one.

Orders and scheduling for the 2023 Aviator has already begun, and production is currently set to begin shortly. (n fact, the Order bank for the 2023's opened on 3/16.

As far as what the Dealer meant by "they won't even begin processing them until Oct/Nov"? Who knows. Dealers say all sorts of odd things.
However, you can no longer order a 2022. But you can place an order for a 2023. Just keep in mind the Order bank opened on 3/16. So there are potentially a good deal of orders already placed. Therefore, the longer you wait now, the longer the wait will be.

I ordered my Aviator Reserve 1 on July 7th. My dealer emailed me my DORA on July 12th. Receive an email July 13th of a build date of Sept 5th. The only thing delete was the hands free lift gate.
I feel things are moving steady for my build.
