2022 Navigator

My Navigator was delivered Tuesday. Purchased it last Friday fresh off the truck when we looked at it still had the transportation protection on it. Dealer had no one to detail it until Monday. We were going to order one but didn’t want to wait the 8 months. While we were getting our car washed we walked over to the dealer and they had one come in not preordered or sold.

What did you get?
 
Sides any one have information on the active park assist? I got my window sticker and there is a credit for the active park assist and my understand is they ran out of chips or components. I assume everything is setup and the dealer will add it later but does anyone have details? (Honestly it’s more for my wife, I don’t think I’d ever use it)
 
Just got my update:
Delivery to dealer delayed from May 22~28 to Jul 25 to Jul~31st.

Reason being; Chip shortage and vehicle being stored offsite while waiting.

These red circles appear on my Sync 4 nav screen at my house. I haven't seen them anywhere else. Does anyone know what they are? The owners manual doesn't show any map symbols that I can find. I have called the in-vehicle technology folks and the Navigation folks. No one knows. There seems to be no complete user's guide for Sync 4 and the navigation that I can find, either.

Not sure if this is the same/similar for the Gator but I had a Lexus that had "crumbs" enabled. Anytime I stopped somewhere, it would leave a little bread crumb on the GPS screen. After I disabled that setting, it stopped.

Someone mentioned that on a FB group, but I do not have that enabled. Thanks for the suggestion. Like I said, it is only at my house, nowhere else.

So, on blue oval forum, someone pointed out that these are breadcrumbs. I went in to that feature in Driver Assistance and it was at Auto which I did not know was an option. I turned it off and the dots are gone.
 
I received an email this morning that my vehicle has shipped. However, it shows expected delivery June 21-June 26. So more than a month away. I’m going to call the dealership this morning and see if that sounds right to them. I can’t imagine it sits on a truck for a month! It should be shipping from Kentucky and I live in Arkansas. Hope yours is headed out the door soon too!

L 4X4 Reserve; Ceramic Pearl with Stand Stone Interior. ELSD + Luxury package + Tow package.
I believe they are waiting on the Active park assist chip. There was an article on ford authority that any navigators going in production before May will have active park assist at the time of delivery. Anything after that will have a credit and later on ll be installed by the dealer.

Mine was produced before May 1st so now held back. Sigh....

Oh that sucks, so you’re delayed until July because of the chip they just took out of every one produced after May 1. Can you tell them to just ship the truck and send your dealer the chip when it comes in? Ha
 
Since they are giving a credit($365) for the chip not being installed, will we have to pay for when it does eventually get installed?
