Keypad unresponsive

I just purchased a used 2017 MKX from a non Lincoln dealer. I forgot to check the number pad prior to purchase like I had on others we looked at.
The keypad doesn’t do anything. I thought maybe a bad fuse, but according to the fuse map it’s linked to Keypad, Power liftgate module logic power, Hands free liftgate module, SYNC 3 module, and the Embedded Modem which all but the keypad are working fine.

It doesn’t light up at all, literally does nothing like it’s not even hooked up.

Bummer. Sounds like a trip to a Lincoln dealer is in your future!

Possibly the Driver Door Module (DDM) connector. The keypad is connected to the DDM and the connector may be corroded causing a bad connection. You would need to remove the driver door trim panel to check the connector. Or check the connection at the DDM.
