Infotainment System Update 7 Sep 21

Took 2020 Black Label Aviator in to see if they could improve infotainment system operation. Even after the latest update, 21194, presets and favorite teams still not retained, Service manager at Northtowne, Gladstone, MO, Lincoln stated no fix in place after consultation with Ford engineer. Still better off than before the update.

Took 2020 Black Label Aviator in to see if they could improve infotainment system operation. Even after the latest update, 21194, presets and favorite teams still not retained, Service manager at Northtowne, Gladstone, MO, Lincoln stated no fix in place after consultation with Ford engineer. Still better off than before the update.

I know I have a Navigator, but after the update to 21194, not only do I have the weird no temp display thing but another one just popped up.

I went from intermittent Travel Link issues to now I just went for a drive and had the Weather Alerts continuously popping up. I have never enabled that. Even when I turned it off and kept marking the alerts as read when I would try to clear them, it just kept popping up.

Maddening. They just can't get it right.
