1999 town car signature, has a sensor on the power steering pump, ford f3az-3783-a, having trouble finding this part. Any ideas?

Not a sensor... its the "EVO Valve" as in Electronically Valved Orifice - Are u sure ur don't just need the Module that controls it ___? - EVO module died in my 2002 Cartier (had Air Susp Module in it also) - Drove like crap at speed, all over the road - Its my understanding that 2002 & older default to Hi PS boost when module dies - 2003 & newer default to NO boost (so pretty much UNdriveable) - I picked up a cheap used one on Ebay.

I actually broke the connector off it when changing the oil filter. Barely touched it. Was very brittle.

So the Connector retainer clip that I have broken off of several of these over the years that secures the male connector with wires or the entire female connector made into the Valve ? - & Yes has to be tucked just perfect for Oil filter change.

Correct. It's snapped off the connector on the wire side is fine. So I guess just leave it if it's at full pressure all the time? I'm not trying to spend 400 on that I could probably find a used pump for 50 bucks that has one on it..

Its my understanding that 2002 & older default to Full PS Boost - If its like mine it will be 'dodgey" at over 55mph or so & outright too "darty" at Interstate speeds - 02 & older have Steering Box & Pittman Arms vice Rack & Pinion so that dooes'nt help - & Yes I bought NAPA's best PS Pump with Pulley already installed for a fraction of $400.... BUT if u don;t have leak at Hi Pressure Line to PS Pump best to leave it alone as that's THE PITA when changing PS Pump.

$62 + Tax & Shipping on RockAuto - & yes there's an entire PS Pump out there close to that ~!
