2013 MKX Nav SD card not recognized

Have a 2013 MKX that recently started to not recognize the Nav SD card. Have removed the SD card, master reset Sync and even replaced the SD card to no avail. Any tips or tricks to correct this or does it require taking into the dealership.

It's possible that the SD card has failed. I would take it to the dealer and have them try a different card.

I did purchase a new SD card and replaced it, with no luck. It is at the dealership currently, trying to figure it out.

Did you ever get this resolved? If so how, I have the same issue. Installed a new media hub got a new SDCard and no luck.
