2003 Lincoln Town Car Signature Problem w/ Locks, Windows, Trunk Release, Moonroof

I have a 2003 Town Car Signature. I was having a problem with the driver side power window that wasn't going up so I was probing the window switch with a multimeter and I accidently shorted out a few of the terminals. After that none of the windows would work anymore, the power lock switches won't work (although I hear the relay clicking in the DDM), the trunk release button doesn't work (again the relay clicks in the DDM), the moonroof doesn't work, and I don't get reception on any AM radio channels (although FM radio and all other radio functions work fine).

Power seats, power windows, and all other features are working.

Did I destroy the DDM? I've read on some post that you will need to reprogram the DDM if you install a used one, is that true even if you match the model numbers? Besides the DDM is there anything else that could explain the symptoms I am having?

I have checked the fuses and didn't see any that were blown. I also bought a new window switch and that didn't have any positive effect.

You can replace the DDM without reprogramming if the the replacement has the same exact options as your car.
