My Lincoln
2025 Nautilus
I'm building a set of winter wheels for my wife's 2025 nautilus. I want to order a set of TPMS before installing the winter tires. The web has conflicting info which sensor is correct for a 2025. I called 3 local dealers and 2 said TPMS-117 and the other 1 said TPMS-74. Most of the online sites for Ford/Lincoln parts say TPMS-74. Does anyone know what is going on? Its a big hassle to buy the wrong ones and have to remove the tires after they are installed and balanced.

I'm guessing 74 because of you look up the part on the Ford parts site for the 2025 Nautilus, the SKU for the sensor is TPMS74.

And that is the confusion since 2 Lincoln dealers I called said they changed it from 74 to 117 to standardize with other models. So I still don’t know which one to buy.

The same confusion exists with wheel bolt pattern. Most online retailers (including Lincoln dealers) are still saying they are 5x108 which is incorrect. They changed to 5x114 since 2023 when production shifted to China. Seems to take years for people to update their websites, so you can’t trust them.

The correct answer is both TPMS sensor 74 and 117 will both work on 24 /25 Nautilus.
The 74 is the factory installed sensor and the 117 is an alternate sensor should there be out of stock supply of the 74. Either will do the same job. I was told the 117 is cheaper.

Thanks. I did buy a set of 117 yesterday from my Lincoln dealer who claimed Ford is in the process of moving everything from 74 to standardize on 117. So I had my tires mounted today but haven't put the winter wheels on the vehicle yet so can't confirm the 117s have sync'd as expected. I will update once I do put them on.
