Tired of fighting with the air suspension on my 2004. Which conversion do you guys recommend?

I don't think there is anything special about the Arnott coil springs except that they will probably cost more than the same springs from "generic." Moog CC865 coils are commonly used (that's what I used). Be sure you get the rubber isolators with them. How many miles on the car? If the rear end bounces, get shocks. Otherwise, keep the originals until you need them (my opinion). I think front shocks tend to wear faster than rears (mine were bouncing like crazy at 125k miles). Nobody's new shocks, even those labeled Motorcraft, are going to be the same as the original shocks. There have been many discussions and many opinions on which available shocks will be closest to original, with not much agreement. Most will give a firmer ride than original.

Before the bags failed this time and they actually aired up, it rode like a dream. I've changed bags in the past and I guess I didn't even notice there were shocks on the back too lol. I panicked when I saw there were kits with and without shocks. I appreciate the advice on brand as well. Typically when it comes to suspension parts, I usually buy Moog but I'm tempted to try some electrical cheapo springs. Seems a lot of even the cheaper ones have good reviews.

Moog is not what it used to be

I put Strutmasters all the way around on a 2005 LS when it was discovered that both driver side springs were broken. I thought they were quality units. But definitely not low budget.

Those are the ones I used on my 1996 Cartier Edition. Never noticed any change in ride quality either.

The Moog I ordered are a different part number. Couldn't find those that also came with rubber isolators. We shall see how it goes Monday haha

Local shop used whatever NAPA's best source is(the shop is attached to a NAPA). 2001 Signature. Rides similar but feel much better cornering vs air bags, IMO.

I'm a middle of the road type, I won't buy the cheapest or the most expensive, I don't care about names either, most are made in China anyway. I just ordered monroe, because of the lifetime warranty. I'll be installing them next week.
