What can I expect for a Build / Delivery date?

I'm looking forward to my New Aviator (Reserve with 201A & Dynamic Handling), purchased last Friday (April 11th) and wondering what is the expected time to receive a VIN and have the order scheduled, additionally what are realistic expectations on build and delivery dates?

Seeing as it has been a couple of weeks since you ordered it, what if anything info have you received so far?
I told my salesperson what I wanted as options and colour and he found one at another dealer's lot out of town and brought it over. It had a full 2nd-row console which wasn't on my list but that didn't matter.
I'm guessing that barring any holds, you'd be looking at possibly a delivery date near the end of June. The VIN is usually available shortly after you receive the build date.
Your dealer is in the best position to keep you informed. Also, the distance to the dealer will affect the overall time.

2 Dealers in FL had Blend Dates of late March. They were delivered a month later in late April.

Received my build order and VIN today...scheduled for production the week of June 2, 2025. Approximately 8 weeks after ordered from the Dealership.

Am I correct in thinking that it should take 4-6 weeks from build to delivery to the dealership (Chicago to the Greater TorontoArea)?

I don't know what the current time frame is. My 2011 Explorer went by rail to an off-loading center just outside of Toronto and then was put on a truck carrier to the Ottawa area. I did a "search" and found a few threads on the topic. Here is one of them;

How long should it take to receive delivery after build date. Mine is June 3.

Availability of rail cars is one thing that could impact the delivery time.
Was there any price increase due to tariffs?
