My 2020 Corsair has 39,000 miles on it. When driving on the highway, if I have to accelerate to pass someone, this is always followed by an unpleasant odor that lasts for a short time. Anybody else experience something similar?

How often do you punch the gas? The reason Im asking, is if the vehicle hasnt heated up like that before...its the same as getting a weird smell when you first get the vehicle and its breaking in. My 2023 Nautilus has 7400 miles on it and does the same when I give it the "Italian Tune Up". It goes away with time. As the components heat up, they will break in and put off an odor if they arent fully broken in like that. If you drive gingerly like I do 95% of the time, it never really gets hot.

I obviously drive less than you, and that would mean I punch it only rarely, because most of my driving is in town. So, maybe I should go out a ways on the freeway once in a while and punch it?
