This happened to me too. Did you ever figure out what to do?My battery was dead. I charged the battery and got the car running but the touch screen is black. Has anyone had this problem and know a fix for it
I’ve had this happen on my 2020 aviator also. Sitting with it parked, I could get nothing to work like turning it off and on again or getting out of the car and back in. But I called the dealer and he suggested a reboot of the APIM. That means hold down the radio ON button, while also holding down the SEEK FORWARD button. Hold them down for a little while and the thing will reboot and the display will come back. I’m assuming it’s the same on the Corsair. That instruction was also hidden in the owners manual under the diagnostics for a SYNC. I don’t know why this happens, but this at least is how to get out of it.This happened to me too. Did you ever figure out what to do?

I just want to thank you for the suggestion. The mechanic couldn’t figure out what was wrong and was planning to bring in a “specialist.” All I am saying is that the reset (holding radio power button and Seek forward) worked and it saved me a lot of time and additional headaches.I’ve had this happen on my 2020 aviator also.
