What does Lincoln recommend for all wheel drive vehicles with one tire blow out with 5/32 on the rest of the tires

I don't know what Lincoln says about varied tire wear, but at 5/32nds I stay off the highway in the rain...

If you get any weather of note it sounds like time for a full set, and they're usually cheaper as a set.

Best,

All treads must be the same depth to avoid drivetrain damage. Replace all 4.

Hi G-86. Various manufacturers recommend tread depth must be within 2/32" - 4/32". So in your case, you will be off ~6/32" and will need to replace all 4 tires.

Lincoln also addresses this in the Owners Manual.

Good luck.

+1 ^^^

The wear bars on tires show up at 2/32nds. Most tire stores will not service* tires with 4/32nd or less

*Rotate, balance or flat repair

My previous vehicle, an AWD SUV had 5/32 tread depth which was in spec for them to pass their checklist. 4 mos later the snow came and I was all over the road. That tread level IMHO is unsafe

Hi BC52. Most tire experts (Tire Rack etc.), and tire manufacturer websites I have seen recommend tires have a minimum of 6/32" of tread depth for snow/winter driving (replace at or before 5/32")...and preferably more. And then the tire type makes a big difference, of course.

See here for an example: https://www.tirerack.com/tires/tiretech/techpage.jsp?techid=163

Good luck.
