We are turning on our 2020 Aviator on a buyback/Lemon Law situation and I have a quick question about the 2023 models. We are buying a 2023 Aviator from out of state and will not be seeing the car until it arrives to us. I remember sometime a while back others stating that the temperature readout on the console above the toggle switches had been removed/no longer there. Is that the case on the 2023 models?

We have a 2023 Reserve with the 201A, Illumination and Dynamic Handling packages coming soon and was curious as it does not show in any of the photos on Lincoln's website. Seems like a silly/dumb omission by Lincoln to take that away being that the inside temp is not visible when using CarPlay on the infotainment screen.

Thanks!

Looking at a picture on the Lincoln site, it would appear that the display is not there.

Our 2022 GT-I does not have that either. When CarPlay is active temperature setting does flash on the screen when you adjust via the toggle, its brief but its there. There is also a quick button too that opens main environmental control screen (center of rotary knob if I am remembering properly).

Just seems like a poor decision to take this away as I use that all the time. I know I can adjust, but do not understand the reasoning from Lincoln on this one other than an incredibly small cost cutting measure.

Your setting is shown at the top of the nav screen.

I believe it was deleted with the 2021 model.

Does it show up even when using CarPlay? I don't use it but that CarPlay seems to be the issue with te screen.

Sounds like with Sync 3 the temp does not show up at the top when using CarPlay.

Here is Sync 4 on the 2022 Nautilus vs Sync 3 on the 2022 Aviator (same as 2023)

Thanks. That is what the general complaint is with CarPlay and Sync 3.
