I've received notification about this update but is not installing due to SOC according to Lincoln Help reached on the phone after it failing 5 nights in a row.

He indicated state of charge was 82% and recommended for me to drive for 30-60 mins to charge it more.

Still failing unfortunately. Have had 5-6 OTA without issue. And don't think it is a battery issue as I've used a battery tester.

Ive done a soft reset via 5 presses of the crystal knob.

Anyone else get this update? Have problems or success in install?

I had this update finally install on Thursday or Friday of last week.
It failed to install for three days in a row. Tried to reach out to the concierge but kept being thrown between Lincoln US and Lincoln Canada. (I am in Canada ) . Lincoln Canada never picked up. What I did was checked that I was connected to my home Wi if which I was . Then disconnected my WIFI connection in the car. Waited a few minutes, then re connected. The software update went through proper that night. Previously all updates have gone through with no issues as well.

For the last few updates, I have been able to download immediately and not wait to install at night. This one has not shown up yet.

What does this update do?

This update has more to do with being able to watch you tube and play games on both screens than anything else. Also said a few bug and stability issues.
Sounds like a waste really, but any update is always welcome.

I'd been hoping that the second bullet in the release notes meant they might have fixed the car-usb-handler issue (having to give AudioWagon permission to access the USB every time you start the car).

That doesn't seem to be the case on our Nautilus, though I have zero faith that the OTA flashed cleanly on 10 Dec, when it was declared installed:

Our update window is set at 5 am. I reached Garrett at Concierge on the 9th, from his end he confirmed that the OTA fail was due to insufficient battery power. Even if the BM300 Pro SOC estimate is "off" (I checked once before, at low SOC , Concierge told me from their end an SOC that w/in a few % of BM300), the Voltage readings on the BM300 match two separate handheld voltmeters.
