Shudder, hesitation, vibration when accelerating at low speeds

It sounds like a broken Trumpet. And hesitates , like on a scale from 1 to 10 considering power wise, when it bogs, i say a 2 then it picks up slowly I think it happens only after second gear and on the highway like when I slow down and I need to pick up speed again fast it bogs and no power. I changed spark plugs, coils, transmission fluid 3 times, and the high pressure fuel pump. Someone told me to do a boost check. But I think it might be the torque converter i don't know. I'm going to try to change the transmission fluid a couple of more times because it keeps coming out really cloudy. Maybe that would help but I don't think so. Plus it bucks occasionally like if it's a manual transmission.
Are engine RPMs flaring or is it loading up and just not responding to pedal input? It could be the torque converter failing to lockup. If its been like that for a long time the clutches might be worn out and slipping. Changing the fluid in that case will actually make it slip worse.

Ok I won't change the transmission fluid and I think it's loading up and not responding. I want to buy an affordable scanner that mechanics use so I have to try and find one that is like $100 to $150 that would probably tell me a lot

I actually use a combination of FORScan and a free OBD diagnostic app along with a wireless OBD adapter. I use a wired plug for FORscan because of stability issues. It can read every sensor and even data log. You can see TCC lockup and all your temp sensors. You can even disable lockup for diagnosing issues like yours. The wireless adapter I use is over 8 years old and cost $40 at the time.

I have to try and get all that stuff together and scan it

I just bought a 2023 Nautilus, but my 29 Edge had that problem. It was the torque converter. Covered under my extended warranty for $100. Would have been $4k without it. Do it ASAP or you can damage the whole tranny.
