I see the option to enable easy entry/exit, but is there really no way to configure the entry/exit position? It seems to just be relative to the driving seat position. Every other vehicle I’ve owned with this feature essentially made this another memory position for configurability.

The problem with a fixed setting is I have a very tight tolerance with a car seat behind me, but I would like to move the steering column in all the way and move the seat back just a smidge.

Nope one of the few disappointments I've had with this Aviator, the whole memory seat process and lack of passenger memory on the mose adjustable seat ever made.

Agreed. Don’t know why they gave the Navigator passenger memory and not the Aviator…

Being the only driver, that is one of the first features I turn OFF. Once you've adjusted your seat and set the memory, I would think that the Easy Entry/Exit feature would return the seat to the aforementioned memory position. Are you say it does not?

Hi Peter. I believe "bread" is referring to the fact that they would like to be able to configure what moves and how far it moves, when the seat/steering wheel move to the Easy Entry/Exit position.

In their case, since they have a child/car seat behind the driver, they would like to have it configurable so driver's seat does not move as far backwards, and be able to have the steering wheel move further forward into the dash, in order to make it easier to exit without interfering with the child/car seat.

I am sure they will correct me if I am mistaken.

Good luck. 🍻

Spot-on!

I've had Corvettes, a BMW X5, Land Rovers, Rivians... all of them allow you to set the specific position for entry/exit. This Aviator is the first one I've had with this feature that doesn't allow configuring the position.

I wonder if Forscan could be of help here...
