Seat removal

Hey is there a manual or video or step by step directions on how to remove the seats from my Zephyr? I'm thinking there's a way to get them off the track without completely removing the tracks and seats but I'm not sure and I'd rather look at something rather than just go at it alone and break something lol. If I let my husband do it, I'll probably end up with extra pieces so I would rather just do it myself. Help please! :

I haven't seen anything online showing this procedure.
However, going from personal experience on other cars, I imagine it would almost impossible to unbolt the seat base from the track while it's still in the car. Usually you need to unbolt the whole assembly from the floor pan, then remove the track from the seat once it's free of the car.
