rear shade track

Hello all , I know there's lots of issues with the rear shade clicking ect mine yesterday came off the track on the left and right side exposing the motor cables outside of the 2 slots where they ride up and down , I've managed to reinsert them and take shade back down to park but going back up fall out again , anyone have this happen or whats the fix . thanks .

I wish , was thinking on taking out rear seats and back trims ect too see , but I've been busy , it did cost me a diagnoses at dealer saying needs spring and guides and needs whole assembly , guess theres no parts to buy for shade , I and was upset , got concierge involved, cause car has only 20,000 miles with no luck on helping me out .
