Radio has power but no audio

My 93 town car had no radio in it when I bought it, I bought a generic Bluetooth single din radio and the proper adapter and wires it up, the radio turns on and functions but I get no audio through the speakers. I've never owned one of these cars and I cannot find any wiring diagram or anything to help me diagnose the factory amplifier or anything really, I've removed the speaker s and attached them straight to the radio so I know it is not the radio or the speakers.

Like I said I haven't had one of these and I don't know what the possibilities are so I'll take any help I can get
