Hi Kalimanski and welcome to the Lincoln Forums. If your 2020 Aviator is still within the 4 year/50,000 mile New Vehicle Warranty (or a LincolnProtect PremiumCare or similar ESP), the best course of action would be to call and schedule a service appointment to have the issue properly diagnosed and corrected under warranty.
If out of warranty, you can try a SYNC Master Reset. The SYNC Master Reset instructions are in the Owners Manual. If you do not have your hard copy, you can download the PDF version here:
https://www.fleet.ford.com/parts-service/resources/owner-manuals/
Check the Index for the correct pages in your copy.
Also, keep in mind it is usually necessary to reconnect your phone, reset favorite stations etc., after a Master Reset.
If that does not work, you can try disconnecting the battery for 10+ minutes, then reconnect and see if it helps.
As an FYI: While still covered by the New Vehicle Warranty, I would advise against performing these self-help type of fixes. They are often only temporary band-aids which do not correct any underlying problems. Often the issue will reoccur later, inconveniently after the warranty has run out, meaning we then have to pay out of pocket to have it corrected.
Therefore, if still within warranty, schedule a service appointment. And if you will need a Lincoln Complementary Loaner vehicle, let them know when you call to schedule the service appointment, so they can be sure to have one available for you that day.
Let us know how you make out and good luck.
