Powertrain or AWD Fault

I got alert on my Lincoln app saying Powertrain Malfunction in the evening while the 2024 Nautilus hybrid was in the garage. The next morning Friday I drove around the neighborhood and no issues so I then took off for the 11 mile drive to NP Lincoln in San Antonio. My service advisor told me it was right that I brought in wife’s Nautilus and was provided a new Corisar as a loaner. Was told will be looked at early next week and ok with this with a loaner. Will update when I get word on the fix.

I received this same message a few months ago. I never saw it happen again. As it was, I had the vehicle already scheduled for the 10,000 mile service. My service advisor said there were no thrown codes to show any fault. I had another fault happen at almost the same time so it is possible that caused the error message.

I did have seven software updates completed while it was in for service. So far, that has fixed all my issues.

I forgot to do an update, our Nautilus only needed a software update and has been ok upon returning to us. Happy is was only software related.
