Persistent washer fluid leak

I have a 2022 Corsair with 22k miles that I bought used 6 months ago. A few weeks ago, I noticed washer fluid leaking from the front camera area. Took it to a dealer told me they replaced the jet under warranty, but the problem came back with a day or two. Dealer deduced the part was defective, so they replaced it again. Now ( a week later) the fluid has again leaked all over my driveway. I’m curious if anyone has any similar experience, advice etc that they can share on a possible solution. I’ve lost faith in this particular dealership ….Thx.

If you are in a cold climate area, make sure to be using winter blend, not summer. On my Lexus it kept disconnecting the hose for the headlight. This is because it freeze in the line.
