My 2023 Reserve does the same thing but mine is a COVID era build. The electronics in these vehicles suck. The dealer and the Lincoln help line have no solution.I took care of the problen....Traded it in for a 2023 corsair standard with 102a package.
A 2023 should still be under warranty. Take it in and have it replaced. So long as the problem can be replicated, it should be very easy to diagnose, write up, and send a request to Lincoln for warranty work.My 2023 Reserve does the same thing but mine is a COVID era build. Yeah. Unfortunately that IS the rule (Im a Service Advisor). If we cant duplicate the problem, we cant write a ticket for warranty, (Well we CAN, but when we send the part in, and it gets tested, if we dont have proof (IE Video of it doing it) then they can charge the dealership for the cost of the part and we have to eat the labor cost.) so if its not constantly duplicatable, Id recommend taking video of it malfunctioning. Itll be evidence it is malfunctioning and we can open a work order and send it up the chain for warranty approval. It is under warranty but as the dealer told me they will not replace it unless they can actually see it malfunctioning. The last time it did it I was no where near a Lincoln dealer.

I will try to do the video thing. I didn't give them any static about it as I was a service advisor way back in the mid 80's at a Honda dealer and an Audi dealer but only lasted about 2 1/2 years at it. I raised the issue yesterday when I visited the local dealer to find that the latest software updates are not yet available for the 2023 model year (only 2024 and 2025) to hopefully fix the myriad of electronics problems in my Corsair , and they were out of wiper blades. :-(
