Hello Lincoln forum. Noob here getting ready to buy my first Town Car. Been around vehicles pretty much all my life...just sold my mid-life crisis 03 Mustang GT convertible and want to get a big ol car that I can be comfortable in (hence Town Car). I came across this gem, 2004 La Panache series with 123,000 miles. Looks in great condition. I've googled till my fingers hurt trying to find out this trim level....no luck. Anyone have any insight? I've seen Executive (lowest), Signature, Cartier, Ultimate, Designer, Touring, etc....but cannot find anything about "Le Panache"....even wikipedia makes no mention...thoughts? Thanks for having me.

Never heard of it either, might be a regional/dealer package. Those happened a fair bit at one point.

Hi jkeaton. Yes, as wolf stated, that is not a trim level or package that Lincoln offered from the factory. It is some sort of dealer installed "package". Some Dealers do it often.

Well. I bought it. 123,000 miles. Got it for $3500, he was asking $5000. The guy just replaced the intake, new plugs and new tires. It’s got a few sun damaged spots on the top and the clear covering over some interior wood grain is delaminating. Otherwise, great condition for a 15 year old car.

Hey! I'm a noob as well my family has been Lincoln lovers... I found one too! It's a 2004 with 115k they are asking 7k right now... I want it but that seems high... thw market is crazy right now so beggars can't be choosers.

Welcome to the forum! 7k does seem kinda high but you are correct, used car market is crazy now.

I just came back from a trip down to Lubbock, Tx. Stopped in Wichita Falls, Texas for gas on the return trip and next to the gas station was a 2000 Lincoln Town Car Signature series in decent shape at a used car dealership.. asking price was $5000
