Noise from brakes

I have a 2022 lincoln corsair I took it in for a rumbling feeling when you brake at a certain speed was told that my rotors were warped and recommended new front brakes and rotors resurfaced. Had that done got m y car back and notice that my brakes are making a grinding and screeching noise when I come to a complete stop and left my foot off the brake the noise is there also when backing up and turning the wheel. The dealer is saying that everything is Ok and noise is common

Noise is not common. I would take it back and have the brakes checked again.

The brake pads installed may be a different composition from the originals. Harder composition brake pads may last longer but are often noisy. Soft composition pads are quiet but don’t last as long. It’s possible the dealer didn’t have genuine Ford pads in stock and purchased a different brand from a local parts house.
