NO TAIL LIGHTS 05 Town Car

HELP!!, I could use your council, advice and suggestions regarding my 05 Town Car tail lights NOT WORKING when my headlights are turned on..
Fuses checked no problem there.. Has anyone else dealt with this problem and if so, the much needed solution? Also my rear window defroster stopped working.. fuses all working..

I had same issue with my 06 Designer and it was bad LCM. If need a LCM let me know,have spares.

Yes! The brake and turn signals all work, just not the rear running lights.. suggestions?

I forgot to mention my brake and turn signal lights all work.. it is just the running rear lights that don't work!

The ground side is good because those circuits all use the same ground.
The powered side is the issue.

If the front running lights are working, the issue is in the wiring to the rear of the vehicle.
While the LCM, could be an issue. But not likely. It is also possible the issue is in the wiring harness to the rear of the vehicle.
The CJB/fuse box has about 8 or 9 fuses for the LCM. Fuse #26 is for LCM for all Park (running) Lamps and Cornering lamps! (Based on a diagram from the net) Also shown on page 257 of the owner's manual.

Do the front running lamps work?

The rear defroster is powered by a relay K101 and a fuse 107 for the control side in the power distribution box.
