No spark or dash in Mark VI

Recently purchased a 1982 Bill Blass Mark VI and I'm having some trouble getting it running. I have replaced the battery, coil, voltage regulator and plugs but I'm not getting any spark coming off the coil. I was thinking it could be the ICM but my dash also fails to illuminate and my drivers seat motor cycles when ignition is off. I have checked ground connections and they have good contact. Really has me scratching my head. Any help would be greatly appreciated
