No map on the 48” display

There is no native navigation and there is no google maps or google assistant on my system, and there is no map shown on the panoramic screen not native and not with Apple car play .
Any Ideas on how to download google maps or use the car play map on the panoramic screen ?
Google maps and waze didn’t work on the panoramic screen and there is no native map
Would appreciate any help.

Are you perhaps in a foreign country? This has been reported a lot for countries where Lincoln has not contracted a carrier for cellular services.

Someone said they could get Apple Maps to display using CarPlay outside the U.S. Perhaps you could read these threads and try responding to others in your situation. I have no direct knowledge that can help.

Do you mean Apple Maps in CarPlay? It should only be displayed in the 48" screen if nav is active. Have you tried that?

Im using iphone and only maps app shows on 48’’ screen but google maps only shows on cintral screen .. do you have any ideas how to use google maps on 48’’ screen using iphone not andiod phone

As far as I know, it is not possible to do that.
