My Lincoln
2014 mks
Hooked up all wires and grounds back in the same spots.

Crank no start

Checked fuses
Checked all the grounds
Checked power to all plugs no spark
Get fuel
All 6 coil packs are new
New battery
Changed cam shaft sensor

You wrote "Checked power to all plugs no spark"

No spark to all plugs and you replaced the cam sensor and all coils.
Pull DT codes and post back.

Know that power should be available to all coils when key is on. The PCM completes the ground to fire off a coil.
The power will be 5 volts.
Check for power at one side of a coil.

If no power, then you will need to follow the harness back to the PCM.

You did all this after the crank / no start problem?

If so, I would suspect the crankshaft sensor, harness connection or sensor wiring circuit.

But definitely check for any codes.

I didn't check the volts I just tested if I had power going to all coil packs. I'll look at that tomorrow, but no codes are showing up
